I discovered the word cantik (chan' tik) when my husband and I spent a year in Indonesia. The landscape and people there are often described as cantik...

beautiful, lovely, enchanting... as they truly are.

When we returned to Regina my desire was to open a unique spa and it was such a gift to have discovered a word which so suited my vision. We are all created to be profoundly different and it is my belief that each person is an exquisite treasure to be handled with delicate care.
